Will the new IP have the option to skin the QL icons? or am I just missing it?

Ok, I have received a few comments regarding Racer http://guiolympics.com/skins2004.asp?SkinID=35 "where is the car?" good question.

I was just wondering if the libraries default could have all apps showing, because after a good cleaning of the Internet cookies, when I return, I have to edit the Libraries box due to some of the libraries not showing.

so, why not have all show up as default?, and if not wanted, then edit. I can live with all showing


...plus some newbies may not even know those libraries exist.


and before people yell the word (more...) that is just another page and hassle to go through. This was meant for an admin. so please no sarcasm.
